This programme gives you the opportunity to develop training skills of a stream enterer by hearing the teachings of Buddha from one of today’s Arahant.

You get to hear the teachings of Buddha from one of today’s Arahant.

Practicing dhamma covering all dimensions of Buddha’s teachings as a whole is a proper technique that can be used to gain realization or attain stream entry. In this course, you’ll have the opportunity to explore dhamma as a whole and practice dhamma covering five components including dhamma talk on stream entry, Paritta chanting, sutta reading, abhidharma study and guided mediation in developing the factors of stream entry.

Course Structure As part of the program, the following courses are offered:

  1. Dhamma Talk (Stream Entry: Practical Viewpoint):  Dhamma Talk Classes are a chance to explore how to train the mind practically in a way leading to Stream Entry and develop the thinking patterns of a stream enterer in daily life.
  2. Paritta Chanting for Blessings & Protection
  3. Sutta Study to Learn the Literature based on the Pali Canon
  4. The Abhidamma for Learning Abhidharma Literature
  5. Guided Mediation for Developing the Factors of Stream Entry: This specific mediation practice is focused on helping practitioners to develop the factors of stream entry.
